A significant part of working with the pole requires mastering inverted positions. In these classes, we practice handstands, headstands, and forearm stands through various entries, with and without the pole, and occasionally using the wall for support.
Handstand classes enhance stability, strengthen the back and shoulder girdle, and allow us to seamlessly combine clean, aesthetic floorwork with dynamic pole movements.
