A significant part of working with the pole requires mastering inverted positions. In these classes, we practice handstands, headstands, and forearm stands through various entries, with and without the pole, and occasionally using the wall for support.

Handstand classes enhance stability, strengthen the back and shoulder girdle, and allow us to seamlessly combine clean, aesthetic floorwork with dynamic pole movements.

Handstands

Coming from the worlds of movement and calisthenics,

A trainer for developing posture in inverted positions from various and varied entrances that include working with the pole and the wall, as well as practicing core muscles and back muscles and shoulder girdle to learn stability on the hands. Hand stability is very important for every pole dancer in order to combine the inverted positions from the floor with the movement on the pole and create a varied and flowing movement.
